I love getting tea and food from here! Great variety, and the staff is amazing. I usually see the same people working, and everyone has been so helpful. There are plenty of vegan and gluten-free options too!
The atmosphere is very clean and relaxing. You can choose to sit in the main dining area or take advantage of the quiet room.

On my way home, I felt like having some tea. So, I searched for tea places nearby and found Kaleisia Tea Lounge. The tea lounge was a beautiful place with a lovely ambiance and a great decor.
I went straight to the counter to order a Thai Tea with Boba and the service was exceptional. Within no time, I received my order of Thai Tea. It was a delectable blend of perfectly roasted tea and the right amount of boba. I loved drinking my tea at Kaleisia Tea Lounge, and would highly recommend it for tea lovers.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Evonne D.Tampa Bay, FL02Apr 24, 2024
I definitely recommend this lounge. It's has a very relaxing atmosphere, a great tea selection, tea related items for sale, teas for purchase and food (rice bowls and sandwiches...most are vegan). I've been there alone and with a group of friends for tea and early dinner. I also went there once to use their Wi-Fi in an emergency, it was a true lifesaver. Also their cupcakes are magnificent, the matcha frosting is awesome!

Their tea is decent but their food is not very impressive. The staff is always friendly and attentive. It's a great place to study or work.

This is always worth the hour drive from the southside...wish they would drop on down to St Pete and bless us with love and a shorter drive. NTL everything is so delish here that distance will not stop me from a spectacular meal fab tea and always a nice experience

The food...always fresh, full of flavor and healthy....then stay for the fantastic teas hot and cold, milk tea, boba and no powders....all fresh brewed. Heck go only for the peace & tranquility of a beautiful hot tea! Rejuvenation is at hand.

How did I find you sooner? Kaleisia, you impressed me!
Atmosphere: Hidden in a bit of a rundown strip mall, off a major road, you'll find Kaleisia Tea Lounge. Upon walking in you feel like you've stepped into a half trendy, half lower east side spot. There are tons of tea pots, tea, and specialty drink mixes to purchase on the left, a quiet shoes off space in front of you, and the right the food!
Food: As a meat eater myself, I didn't have the highest of hopes for the vegan bulgogi made with seitan. The pictures speak for themselves regarding the beauty of the dish, but the taste? Spot on! Everything we ate was delicious and I can't wait to try more.
Service: Excellent. We were able to walk through the menu and process and all of our questions were answered. My partner ordered a tea with as little sugar as possible and the staff asked her to try it first to see if it was to her liking, superb.
Because it's a tea house, separate section is a must. We got a brewed chai tea and a mango matcha latte. Let's start with the mango matcha latte, I would order this a thousand times over. It was just so incredibly delicious I can't put it into words! The chai tea was also very flavorful but clearly my heart lies with the latte!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 5Oh no 0 - Dec 30, 2023
I absolutely love this sweet spot! I actually live in Miami, but have family who live relatively close to Kaleisia, and every time I visit, which is several times a year, I insist on tea and lunch. I always order the pumpkin, coconut soup, and vegan spring rolls. The folks who work there are always lovely. Their little tea wall is great for choosing what you want too. The only thing I would change is not have everything in to go containers for those dining in, while most is in biodegradable packaging, it seems a bit wasteful.

Ambiance is awesome. The quiet room is so cute and simple. Definitely a great place to come and sip tea while studying. I can't comment too much on the service, everyone is professional. Nothing special, but there are no problems which is good enough for me.
The best part all, though, is the tea and food. Goodness. In my mind, the measure of a good tea house is based on a lightly sweetened, unflavored hot tea. So far, I've tried the white needle and the jasmine pearl teas, and both were absolutely exquisite. I had to take the lid off the coffee cup both times because the aroma was too good to miss while sipping. This was by far one of my favorite tea experiences, and I say this as someone whose tea collection is imported from a trusted dealer.
The food was also excellent. My friend and I got the Asian noodles with spring rolls, and the flavors were just plain awesome. The menu has a weird selection, but I don't even care. The tea makes up for it all.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Drgoldsoptimallivinginstitute G.SoMa, San Francisco, CA021Mar 21, 2024
