I was way too curious about the Italy bowl not to get it! I've never had spaghetti squash, but now I'm definitely going to eat it more often!

The lentil bites were very delicious! The perfect bite had a lentil bite, squash, and ricotta. Mmm

My son the fries lol (they were good)

And my husband liked the tuna crunchy bowl.

The salad I had here was so good that I would drive out of my way to come back. That's how good it was. Homemade fresh dressing that was amazing. I was disappointed in the sangria, it wasn't sweet but more bitter so not sure what juice they added, should have asked. The ambiance/ interior could use some Jeuje but overall it's a great place for a meal. The cookies on the front counter looked amazing.

Great quick meal that has phenomenal flavors and fresh ingredients. Also had the chips and guacamole which was delicious start.

Beautiful cafe on the corner of a plaza. I love the inside decor and the outside patio. There was live music. The man who was inside on 6/18 sung beautifully and was even whistling. LOVED that!

I was able to hang out with my friends before I went back to Orlando. I enjoyed one of the fresh breakfast bowls and my friend had an item from the Lil's menu. Everything was delicious. I'll definitely come back again.

Their food is amazing-their jalapeño bowls is to die for I love it so much their drinks are so healthy and good they're a healthier chipotle. Everybody needs that in someway.

Only went here once with a friend, and it's always a bit dangerous to leave a glowing review after one encounter. It impressed me, though.

The food is solid. The prices are legit. The portion sizes are healthy -- not small, not huge, just right.

I will explore more of the menu to be sure. I'd say two things definitely need improvement, though:

1. Customer service. The hostess had a big fat frown on her face. Yikes. Most people working here looked sad AF, or mediocre at best. It was a Sunday at 1:30 PM. Guess nobody tips.

The waitress we had was nice and polite but still a little cold. Didn't introduce her name, which is always a pet peeve.

For the life of me I'll never understood why/when help doesn't a) have a name tag and/or b) introduce themselves by their name; it's a small-big thing that goes a long way towards humanizing yourself. Should you *really* get a tip when it's just another robotic transaction? Humanize yourself. Yes, of course we tipped, but in the future I'd rather just get it to-go because the customer service isn't warm enough to entice me to stay.

2. The chicken in my wrap was definitely over-cooked. Dry AF. It was still good enough -- they didn't skimp on the guacamole, yay! -- but just sayin'.

Just a bit of nit-picking. Unfortunately you expect the meat/chicken to be dry and a bit overcooked. Welcome to America. I get it.

It's a great grab-and-go place. Great location, shockingly competitive prices, good food you don't have to think hard about. I'll be back. If it was a 10-scale, I'd give it an 8.5, but since it's a 5-scale, I'll be nice and bump it up to 5.

Consistently delicious food. Highly recommend for a quick lunch. Taco Tuesday is awesome too! Thanks for the great service Abel!

Do yourself a favor, get the hot and spicy bow with any of their cookies and drinks and you'll have a happy day. Been coming for years and the staff and food have always been consistently amazing.
